Two trolleys: if no lever is flipped or if both levers are flipped, they pass each other safely. However, if only one lever is flipped they crash, killing many. You and a random stranger are both super-glued to the track, so that each of you can access one of the levers.
If you don't intervene and the stranger intervenes, you and all people in the trolleys die.
If the stranger doesn't intervene either, you and the stranger die as heroes.
If you and the stranger intervene, you and the stranger die as cowards
If you intervene and the stranger doesn't, you survive but will be very awkward.
